The bathtub was filthy, covered in hair, making it unusable. The handrail on the 11th floor balcony was dangerously loose, barely held together with Sheetrock screws, which felt like a serious safety hazard.”

Diann said: “I left a valuable item in the room. I called to report it and they claimed it wasn’t found. Based on the online reviews, this happens frequently. The lack of accountability is concerning.”
April shared a further alarming experience: “The food was horrible, the staff were ignorant. They went through our safe when we were not in the room as we found things out of the safe when we came back. My husband even had his drink spiked with drugs.”
