Others who stayed in the same hotel, particularly in the “800s” room block — have shared similar stories, with infestations dating back to 2023, 2024, and early 2025. Many report the hotel failed to act or even blamed the guests for the issue.
Another guest, Rosi, described her ordeal:“From the first night I was in agony. My hand swelled up, my lip tripled in size, and I couldn’t sleep for five nights. I developed insomnia, and the stress of moving rooms mid-stay with children was overwhelming. “Even after showing a video of a bed bug crawling on my pillow, I was met with denial and blame. The hotel claimed no one else had experienced issues, yet I’ve since connected with multiple families who had bed bug problems in the same block — even the same room.”
